Current Reality:

Recently, Shoa and her co- workers had lunch at a local restaurant in West Saint Paul.

Conflict:

After taking a few bites of the salad, Shoa’s co-worker noticed little black things moving around on Shoa’s plate. Shoa discovered her salad had living tiny bugs crawling around.

Struggle:

Shoa freaked out and informed the waitress about the situation in her salad. The waitress apologized and went to informed the chef.

Conflict Resolved:

The chef came and sincerely apologized to Shoa about having living bugs in her salad. The chef didn’t charge Shoa anything from the meal. Also informed Shoa they will contact the place where the restaurant receive their produce.

New Reality:

Shoa was upset about not having a satisfying lunch; however, she was glad she didn’t have to pay for the meal, and the chef came personally to speak with her about the unexpected situation.

Having second thoughts about eating salad again?  Best way to enjoy a salad is make your own at home or  just don’t eat salads. Like me!

Vlog #1: Pizzeria Lola

What’s Up!!! This past weekend I took a trip to Pizzeria Lola, located in Minneapolis after hearing about the big hype. This place was not disappointing at all. For starters, I ordered the roasted carrots and roasted meatballs. It came with bread as well. As for pizzas!! I ordered the Korean BBQ & Lady ZAZA. Both pizzas had a Korean cuisine inspire. It was not just delicious; it was the bomb. I known I will be visiting again, very soon actually.  Definitely check out this place if you’re in town!!!!! #pizzerialola #pizzalover

Here are so snaps I took while I busy eating pizzas.

DSC01244So glad we got a table at the window on a beautiful day. The 30 minute wait was worth it. #tablevibes

I have a thing with flowers in glass bottle.

I didn’t have any room left in my belly, so I dipped out of the dessert. But it sounds really yummy.

Of course I have to talk about my customer service!!! The place was super busy, I mean like super busy for a pizza, so I wasn’t expecting much from customer service. Girl, I was wrong. The waitress was so informative because it our first time there. She didn’t rush us to order, she came and refills our drinks (that’s a plus in my book), and packed our pizza that we couldn’t finish. Pizzeria Lola customer service was on point!
