Current Reality:
Recently, Shoa and her co- workers had lunch at a local restaurant in West Saint Paul.
Conflict:
After taking a few bites of the salad, Shoa’s co-worker noticed little black things moving around on Shoa’s plate. Shoa discovered her salad had living tiny bugs crawling around.
Struggle:
Shoa freaked out and informed the waitress about the situation in her salad. The waitress apologized and went to informed the chef.
Conflict Resolved:
The chef came and sincerely apologized to Shoa about having living bugs in her salad. The chef didn’t charge Shoa anything from the meal. Also informed Shoa they will contact the place where the restaurant receive their produce.
New Reality:
Shoa was upset about not having a satisfying lunch; however, she was glad she didn’t have to pay for the meal, and the chef came personally to speak with her about the unexpected situation.
